I make a similar dish when I have time to cook, but this dinner is great when we want to spend our time out of the kitchen. No texture or taste issues like some frozen meals from the grocery store. It is just like I cooked it myself instead of defrosting! A really good recipe as well.
Light Dijon sauce with mushrooms and onions is great. Best if allowed to thicken after the two warm up sessions in microwave. We served ours with steamed green beans and a green salad. Sour dough bread was great to enjoy every last bit of gravy.
Pork was tender and yummy flavors melded well together. Creamy sauce does well with side of green veggies and/orsimple salad. Or...sauce is great for soaking up with bread.
Little over done on the balsamic vinegar which overpoweedr the rest of the dish. A little less vinegar and I think this would’ve been a great dish. Willing to try this again in the future...
