This is one of my favorite Eat Local meals! Yummy and tasty -- there always a nice big piece of salmon and the asparagus is fresh.

IF you like gratin potatoes you'll love this dish. Great flavor, healthy and you'll go back for a second helping. I gave it a 4 because it needs more asparagus otherwise I would have given it a 5. Kale and baby greens salad gives you a complete meal.
