Ingredients: Quiche Lorraine (cream, onions, free-range eggs, natural & local bacon, natural Swiss cheese, spelt crust (spelt flour, Shepherd's Grain flour, natural butter, sea salt), Dijon mustard, nutmeg, kosher salt, black pepper).

I was caught off guard when I bought it and didn't realize that it was frozen. That was my mistake as I looked at the website too hastily. Considering that is was good but the texture came out a bit watery. I may try it again.

Takes some time to cook, but what fun to wake up to! Delicate and delicious. Highly recommended!
