The lean and tender pork is combined with a very tasty dijon sauce to make a meal that can't be beat. This dish works well with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. Add salad or vegetable and you'd think you were eating in a good restaurant.

The pork was amazingly tender and delicious, and the sauce added just the right amount of flavoring. Serving sizes were plentiful.
