We will not be eating this, as when I took off the paper, the plastic fell off, as it was not sealed to the container. sorry, not eating.
Eat Local has offered to send a complimentary Lamb Casserole so Teresa can try the entrée. We have also worked with the team to prevent an error like this from happening again. Thank you for letting us know Teresa.

Great entree. Everything tasted great. Carrots stayed firm but not too firm. Potatoes were soft and the flavor was on point. The lamb pieces were a good size and maybe a bit over cooked. Will get this again.
