‘Mangia’ is the Italian word for ‘eat,’ and in this hands on cooking camp, young chefs will be doing a lot of that! Each day we’ll make the best dishes Italian cuisine has to offer from 3 different types of fresh pasta, to flatbreads, to sauces, summery desserts and much more! All recipes highlight the seasonal summer bounty and fundamental cooking skills needed by any Italian home chef. Camp prices include 2 meals per day and all supplies needed. Accommodations for dietary restrictions upon request.
