Got this to go with Beef Bourgignone. Found this rather bland...Have made this on my own & duckfat really adds flavor. Not sure if freezing and reheating soaks up water that then dilutes flavor. Prob best if you reheat seared with a little duckfat or ghee to maintain flavor & texture...

The flavor and texture of these potatoes is stellar! Definitely rich, but would you order "goose fat" anything and expect otherwise? Amazing.
