Love the flavors and the fact that this is a complete meal and one dish. Rice was a tad under done. This is a great meal if you’re on the go...

Originally had a two serving dish for dinner and loved it. Now I keep a few of these in the freezer for lunches during the day. Very filling and delicious. Not too spicy, and the chicken and sausage go great with the peppers and rice.

This is a spicy little dish! I love that it has brown rice in it. And the chicken and sausage are tender and tasty!
