The sauce is really tasty. The onions took a bit of chewing to get through. It is great over rice or plain. I don't know why it is called Cashew Chicken though, as there were not (noticeable) cashews. I will definitely buy again.

I thought this was really really delicious. It has a good balanced flavor, and is also not at all oily like chinese food normally is.
I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it does not have whole cashews in it, which in my mind cashew chicken should ALWAYS have whole cashews in it, but the flavor is still really good.
