Ingredients: natural cream, brown sugar, Shepherd’s Grain flour, dates, natural butter, free-range eggs, sugar, Camp Coffee Essence (sugar, water, chicory, coffee), baking soda, vanilla, ginger powder.

It didn't look pretty when it went in the oven, but OMG it tasted wonderful when it came out! I was supposed to share with my husband, but I'm pretty sure I ate more than half by the time he came in the room.

Tried this out and was pleasantly surprised. We are at altitude and not sure I cooked this correctly but boy did it taste good. It was hard to share.
