    It was perfectly cooked! The beef was nice and tender, and plenty of it. I liked that it wasn't too salty. My only nit is that the onions were too large and thus a bit sharp to the bite. Seasoning and mushrooms were great!

    The flavor was very tasty, though a bit too rich for my personal preference. The portion size for 2 servings was not enough in my opinion.

    I have not managed to make this sauce this good! Very tasty, beef extremely tender, one can taste the ingredients and the sum is balanced and enjoyable.

    We tried this almost a year ago, and then again two nights ago - and I was happy to note that it was still delicious!! We served it with a rustic bread, and it was fantastic. This is going to be one of our staples!

    Excellent taste, generous amount of of beef and mushrooms, shallots melt in you mouth. We served over pasta and that was delicous too!
